Terms of Service

The terms Custom Perfections works to. Short, and meant to be readable.

Quotes and orders

A quote is an estimate based on what you have described. It becomes an order when we have confirmed the details with you — the garment, the quantity, the artwork and the placement — and you have approved them. Until that point either side can walk away.

Your artwork

Artwork you supply stays yours. By sending it you confirm you have the right to have it printed — that you own it, or have permission from whoever does. We cannot print logos, characters, team badges, photographs of other people's work, or anything else you do not have the rights to, and we may decline a job on those grounds.

Artwork we create

If we design something for you, you are free to use it for the purpose it was made for. Tell us if you need the source files or broader rights and we will agree that up front rather than leaving it vague.

Proofs and approval

Where we send a proof, it is your opportunity to catch spelling, sizing and placement. Once a proof is approved we print what was approved, so approving it is worth doing carefully.

Colour

Screens emit light and fabric reflects it, so a colour will never match a monitor exactly. Different garment materials also take ink differently, which means the same design can look slightly different on cotton and on polyester. We get as close as the materials allow.

Print quality and file resolution

A print can only be as sharp as the file it came from. If artwork is too low-resolution for the size you want, we will say so before printing rather than after. If you ask us to proceed anyway, the result is what the file allowed.

Custom work and returns

Personalised items are made for you specifically and cannot be resold, so they are not returnable simply because you changed your mind. If an item is faulty, or it does not match the proof you approved, tell us and we will put it right.

Timescales

Any turnaround we give is our honest estimate. Where a deadline actually matters — an event, a tournament, a launch — say so when you enquire, so we can tell you plainly whether it is achievable rather than discovering it late.

This website

The pages here are a description of what we do, not a binding offer. Prices shown are starting points and can change; the price for your job is the one we quote you.

Questions

Anything here that is unclear, ask. It is a short document precisely so that it can be read.
